Application Process
Our recruitment process is designed to help us attract and select the most competitive and curious minds interested in open markets and permisionless technology. We do our best to balance gathering all of the information we need while respecting your time, energy and efforts.
Think of the application questions as an extension of your resume – we genuinely review each one! For some roles, we may ask you to meet with an AI interview assistant in lieu of cover letter and application questions.
These interviews are generally a bit more technical in nature, but generally do not involve any specific preparation.
This is generally a series of interviews with 1-2 team members. The team will ask you a combination of interest and motivation as well as technical questions.
You'll meet with someone on our People Team, to help us better understand your interests and skills in relation to the role. We'll answer any questions you have about the team, life at Nascent and the next steps.
Our assessments mirror real-world challenges you'll face at Nascent. We know this can be a big ask, and do our best to keep it reasonable and try to make them a little fun as well.
The last step in our process is the offer. Prior to offer we'll ask for 2-3 references and complete them. Your recruiter will have prepared you for the offer and shared details on compensation and benefits earlier in the process.
